Ingredients:

  • 4 boxes of Jello
  • 2 each of 1 flavor
  • Sour Cream
  • 1 large package of FRESH Strawberries
  • Half dozen Bananas
  • Crushed Pineapple
  • Water

Procedure:

  1. Choose your Jello flavor. Boil water and add to the Jello powder..Add in ice to quick cool the Jello
  2. Add the pineapple crush to the Jello and pour into the glass Jello maker
  3. Spread out the sour cream completely over the Jello
  4. Slice up Bananas and top it off on the sour cream
  5. Now add the top layer of second flavor Jello
  6. Cut up your fruits..Let the Jello cool down…Cut it up in chunks…Mix and serve

Green tea flavored ‘Jello’: Its one of the lightest desserts that you might have – and that can give a big boost to your heart. Its an amazingly easy Jello treat made with your left over green tea. So, if you are a green tea fan, it will come as a surprise to see a Jello served in a totally different flavor and form.

Ingredients:

  • Green tea
  • Gelatin

Procedure:

  1. Take a cup of boiling water, add sugar to taste. You can add a little more than usual as it will be diluted further
  2. Drop in the tea bag in the glass / porcelain container
  3. Add one packet unflavored gelatin
  4. Stir quickly & add a cup of cold water (if you have melted ice cubes, perfect)
  5. Serve these health cups in cup cakes..Put the rest in fridge to solidify. Use them for the next session.
